These are our new client allocated times when we are all available however if that doesn't suit then of course we will fit in; please give me some alternative times and I will check other advocates availability.
The meetings are usually 45 minutes to an hour but they have been as short as 15 minutes (as we were still engaged) or longer than 2 hours (we may have to come back for second meeting)
There will be 2 advocates present (in most circumstances).
We can discuss a specific property which you have in mind or we can discuss generalities about what you might want or what can we do to benefit your search and/or negotiation process.
We spend much our time listening to what you want and taking notes.
If you wish to proceed, we confirm our fees in writing and you sign a one page agreement titled Authority to Act. We can send you a sample in advance if you wish. You can end this agreement at any time prior to finding a home without charge.
At this meeting if you wish more time or you don't want to proceed then that is fine.
There is no cost or obligation at this meeting.
