On behalf of the hundreds of clients who will over the years benefit from the 4 properties you negotiated purchase of for Hanover's use, please accept our unqualified thanks and appreciation for the professional, efficient and cheerful manner in which everything was done.
Although the task took a while longer than we had all hoped it was due to changes in market forces and our narrow specifications etc. I appreciated that while I had a hundred other things to remember and contend with, I knew you and your team were still out looking for the properties that matched our requirements. It's incredibly heartening to have businesses as yours prepared to offer your practical assistance and expertise to secure sales that minimised the purchase price for our generous benefactor Ridge Properties, that helped in part contribute to Hanover clients having access to a fourth property. In this era of increasing client demand and limited government funding, these properties enable us to supplement the huge undersupply of safe and affordable crisis housing that often sees parents and kids forced to live in their car, or in overcrowded or unsafe situations.
